It Just Ticks Them Off

The police took my boyfriend to jail, I had no say in it and he was more angry when he got out. Had I not got the Protective Order he would have came after me IMMEDIATELY. I do not doubt that for a second, therefore I don't know how much good it does to put them in and let them right out, it just ticks them off.
